District Election Officer Honours Three EROs for Outstanding Performance Over 36 Lakh Enumeration Forms Digitised in Jaipur District


 District Election Officer Dr. Jitendra Kumar Soni on Thursday honoured three Electoral Registration Officers (EROs) of the district for their outstanding performance in the Special Intensive Revision Programme. At the ceremony held in the District Collectorate auditorium, Shahpura ERO Sanjeev Kumar Khedar, Dudu ERO Ramesh Kumar, and Bassi ERO Dr. Garima Singh were felicitated with certificates of appreciation.


During an interaction with Booth Level Officers (BLOs), Dr. Soni praised their exceptional work and said their dedication serves as an inspiration for the entire district. He urged them to motivate fellow colleagues with their experience, energy and efficiency, so that the revision campaign progresses more effectively and strongly across Jaipur.


Deputy District Election Officer Meghraj Meena informed that enumeration work under the Special Intensive Revision Programme is progressing rapidly in Jaipur district. District Election Officer Dr. Soni is continuously monitoring the programme. Meena stated that more than 36,75,806 enumeration forms—over 76.03%—have been digitised so far.



He provided details of digitisation across Assembly constituencies:

Bassi – 2,18,372; Shahpura – 2,20,301; Chomu – 2,31,369; Chaksu – 2,10,421; Dudu – 2,31,063; Phulera – 2,26,032; Amer – 2,57,487; Jamwa Ramgarh – 2,07,735; Hawa Mahal – 1,89,914; Kishanpole – 1,35,908; Adarsh Nagar – 1,82,025; Jhotwara – 3,21,135; Bagru – 2,50,343; Civil Lines – 1,71,848; Malviya Nagar – 1,44,732; Sanganer – 2,42,101; Vidhyadhar Nagar – 2,26,263.


Meena further noted that the Election Commission of India has introduced a new option for voters to search their names in the previous special revision voter list using basic details, making the process more user-friendly. Additionally, an online facility has been made available for filling enumeration forms. Voters can submit their forms online through https://voters.eci.gov.in/ or by scanning the provided QR code.


The District Election Officer appealed to all voters to fill their own and their family members’ enumeration forms online to support the success of the campaign. Based on current progress, Bassi Assembly constituency ranks first with 91.83% digitisation of enumeration forms.
